We come directly to you with oysters freshly harvested the morning of your event. The oysters do not get any fresher and you can tell the difference! Invictus Oysters are briny, petite and delicious. They grow in the pristine waters of Shelter Island Sound. We provide shuckers, ice, mignonette, lemons, tabasco, and cocktail sauce.
